Splendour of the Seas is one of the Royal Caribbean International cruise ships and travels to the Baltic and Mediterranean along with other exotic Royal Caribbean locations and South America. Cuisines: Be it breakfast, lunch, dinner, or tea, the experience is unique and truly wonderful. For breakfast you can enjoy scrambled eggs or omelets at the buffet in the Windjammer Lido café. Lunch comprises of a simple choice but which is very pleasing to the palate. The afternoon tea is quite a grand affair with cobbler or bread pudding along with cakes, sandwiches, cookies, ice cream, and cakes. If you want snack late at night,please remember that it will vary greatly from night to night. Ranking for the meals of the dining room along with the afternoon tea and lunch is quite good.
Service: The crew and staff of Splendour of the Seas absolutely enjoy seeing you have a great time. They are always ready to help with a cheerful disposition and are knowledgeable to provide you with information. The wait-staff in each restaurant are equally attentive. When it comes to the cabin service, the staff is again helpful without being obstructive.
Restaurants: The restaurants are two-storied that gives you a great view and holds a podium for small ensemble or pianist. The restaurant is large enough to hold a seating capacity of thousand people and yet it is spacious. There is ample space between the tables in order to give some personal space to diners.
Entertainment: The Royal Caribbean cruise line is among the few to have comedians and performers of repute.
Cabins: The cabins are designed such that you get a feeling of being in a spacious environment with good storage space. The basic amenities include a safe, individual temperature control, television with pay-per-view movies, bathrooms with medicine cabinets and showers, and hairdryer. In high category staterooms, you will also have the bathtub and mini-bar
Spa/Fitness: Although the ship is large in size, the gym is considerably small. There is also the glass-enclosed second pool with comfy lounge chairs and whirlpools. Spa service is also available here.
Dress code: In each Splendour of the Seas cruise there are two formal nights and many passengers go for tuxedoes instead of a dark suit, which is also fine, in order to live up to the festive mood of the cruise.
