History of Superfast ferries
Pericles Panagopulos and Alexander Panagopulos founded Superfast ferries in the year 1993. This ferry company is under the flagship of the Attica Group along with Blur Star Ferries.
Before Superfast Ferries used to sail in many parts of Europe like the North Sea, Adriatic Sea, and Baltic Sea and now they are mostly concentrated in the Adriatic Sea. The main routes covered by Superfast Ferries are:
Superfast Ferries and ANEK Lines created a joint venture in Patra-Igoumenitsa-Ancona and Pireaus-Heraklion routes in June 2011.

The rooms are ergonomically designed and are equipped with air conditioning, private telephones, and shower rooms. Most of the cabins are available on a per-bed basis and special attention has been given to people with special needs in order to make their journey equally pleasurable.

The indoor bars offer a selection of varied coffees including Greek to traditional espresso, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, juices, and sumptuous deserts. For your convenience, Superfast Ferries keeps a bar open 24 hours a day.
You can also sip your drink while enjoying the mesmerizing view of the setting sun or while lazing by the pool. You have a variety of refreshing drinks and mouth watering food to choose from like the pizza, Greek gyros, hot dogs, ice creams, and deserts.
Discos, swimming pools, video games, DVD clubs, internet corner, casinos, bars, and shops are available to keep passengers occupied and entertained.
20% youth discount is available for all passengers between 13 and 25 years of age. Students having the International Student Identity Card are also entitled to this discount.
50% children discount is give for children under four years of age who occupy aircraft-type seat or bed. And for those infants less than 4 years who do not occupy a bed or seat are only charged €5.50 per passage. For children between 4 and 12 years of age, a discount of 50% is given on the adult fare.
20% air seat discount is given to passengers who travel in a group of more than 4 members plus vehicle which is 2 m high and 6m long. The criterion is that all passengers must travel with the same ticket.
10% family discount is given for families with 3 or 4 members with and without vehicle. But the condition is that all passengers must travel with the same ticket.
20% deck discount is given to more than 4 people plus the vehicle up to 2m high and 6 m long. However, all passengers must travel with the same vehicle.
Drivers will have access to electronic information touch screen to gather information about petrol stations, road distances between the European and the Greek cities, etc. They also have the provision of communicating with their companies via the satellite telecommunication
Drivers' Lounge are also available that helps them play table games, watch movies, enjoy coffee, cocktails, and the delicious food prepared by the chef.
